Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration and Management

17bdt employs active fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily suspended while a review is conducted. Account Suspension and Closure

17bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). 17bdt will notify the registered email address before applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the remaining account balance, provided the balance is positive. Voluntary Account Closure

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 17bdt and its operators, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind

• Interruption or unavailability of the 17bdt platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, ISP disruptions, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from your own failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on any third-party content, external links, or information not produced by 17bdt

17bdt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your 17bdt account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms
